Qualifications 
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing).
- Must have a valid RERA Certification.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate communities, off-plan, and secondary markets.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin are an advantage).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Familiarity with major property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License with own car is preferred.
- Attractive commission structure (up to 50/50 split).
- Salary advance option available (recoverable against future commissions).
