What You'll Be Doing
- Run the candidate recruitment lifecycle - from initial reachout to successful placements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and business needs
- Source and interview candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and market networks
- Build long-term talent pipelines and meaningful professional relationships
- Deliver a standout candidate experience at every stage
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree (Law, HR, or related fields preferred)
- Confident communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
- Currently based in Dubai
