Executive Pastor Ministry
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Pastor to join our leadership team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role is pivotal in overseeing ministry operations, administration, and staff development, ensuring our church's vision and mission are carried out with excellence and faithfulness.
The Executive Pastor will partner closely with the Senior Pastor and Board, providing spiritual leadership, organizational management, and pastoral care. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations (finance, HR, facilities, compliance), supporting immigration sponsorship processes (SBS and 482 visa applications), and developing systems for accountability and effective ministry delivery
Qualifications:
• Master of Arts in Intercultural Education
• Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies (or equivalent theological/ministry qualification)
• Proven experience in church leadership, administration, or executive management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and pastoral care abilities
• Must be fluent in both English and Tongan
• Alignment with the church's faith, mission, and values
