Executive & Marketing Assistant (Dubai-Based, Bilingual EN + RU)

We are a global investment and operations group with ventures spanning hotel investments, property management, financial services, and AI solutions. With active projects in Dubai, the U.S., U.K., and Mexico, we operate at the intersection of real estate, finance, and technology-always with a focus on performance and growth.

We are now hiring a Dubai-based, bilingual (English + Russian) Executive & Marketing Assistant to support our CEO, streamline team operations, and coordinate marketing activities. This is a high-exposure role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who wants to grow into leadership within an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support - Manage the CEO's day-to-day operations, priorities, and confidential tasks.
  • Team Coordination - Lead weekly team calls, track deliverables, and provide clear reporting to the CEO.
  • Marketing Management - Oversee social media and marketing campaigns: content planning, execution, and performance reporting.
  • HR & Hiring - Support recruitment workflows (job ads, candidate screening, onboarding, and offboarding).
  • Operations Optimization - Improve processes, implement reporting structures, and adopt automation tools.
  • Global Communication - Act as a bridge across business units in multiple countries.
  • Travel Coordination - Occasionally travel internationally (expenses covered).

Requirements

  • Location: Already based in Dubai.
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Russian (spoken + written).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in executive support, marketing, or social media management.
  • Leadership: Comfortable managing teams and reporting directly to senior leadership.
  • HR Advantage: Previous exposure to hiring or HR processes is a plus.
  • Qualities: Strong attention to detail, discretion, loyalty, and empathy.
  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly, linked to project delivery and lead generation targets.
