Executive General Manager, People & Culture

Mulpha Australia is one of the country's most strategic real estate debt and equity investors in leisure, residential and commercial property development. We have an amazing portfolio of world class destinations, businesses, luxury properties and products.

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Executive General Manager - People & Culture to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of our People function across our diverse portfolio of assets.

Key responsibilities

Lead and execute a people strategy aligned with Mulpha's growth across property, hospitality, and investment sectors.
Drive cultural initiatives that foster innovation, accountability, and high performance.
Architect organisational design and workforce planning across geographies.
Oversee HR operations, payroll governance, and compliance across jurisdictions.
Advise the CEO and Board on succession, remuneration, and organisational health.
Lead a team of senior HR professionals including Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager Group Payroll Manager, Workforce Optimisation Manager and indirect reports across corporate and hotel HR teams.

Background

10+ years in generalist HR roles, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
Background in diversified businesses including Real Estate and Commercial Property, Hotel and Investment portfolios.
Expertise in Australian employment law, ER/IR, and organisational development.
Strategic agility and operational discipline.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields.
This role will require an ability to travel monthly nationally (predominantly QLD).
