The Star Brisbane is seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive General Manager - Gaming to lead one of Australia's most dynamic and high performing gaming operations.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in senior gaming leadership, including extensive casino management experience
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive market share, revenue growth, and profitability
• Strong understanding of Casino Control Act 1982, Responsible Gambling and Responsible Service of Alcohol compliance
• Expertise in labour management, cost control and performance optimisation across large scale operations
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage guests, regulators, teams, and board stakeholders
• Tertiary qualifications in a commercial, business or related field (Gaming Management qualifications desirable); Masters Degree preferred, but not essential
• As a senior leader, you will also demonstrate The Star Leadership Competencies, champion our Purpose, Values and Principles, and model our commitment to a risk aware, safety first culture
