The Star Brisbane is seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive General Manager - Gaming to lead one of Australia's most dynamic and high performing gaming operations.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the strategy, guest experience, and operational excellence of The Star Brisbane's gaming portfolio within the spectacular Queen's Wharf precinct. You'll bring deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to integrity, leadership, and world class guest experiences.
As a key member of the property's Executive Team, you will oversee all aspects of gaming operations - from performance and compliance to innovation and people - ensuring The Star Brisbane continues to deliver exceptional results and unforgettable experiences.

- Minimum 10 years' experience in senior gaming leadership, including extensive casino management experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive market share, revenue growth, and profitability
- Strong understanding of Casino Control Act 1982, Responsible Gambling and Responsible Service of Alcohol compliance
- Expertise in labour management, cost control and performance optimisation across large scale operations
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage guests, regulators, teams, and board stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in a commercial, business or related field (Gaming Management qualifications desirable); Masters Degree preferred, but not essential
- As a senior leader, you will also demonstrate The Star Leadership Competencies, champion our Purpose, Values and Principles, and model our commitment to a risk aware, safety first culture
