Executive Director - Responsibilities
- Lead operational function of agency and its staff
- Oversee compliance with all local, state and federal agency policies and procedures
- Ensure excellence in care for all patients on care
Executive Director - Requirements
- Licensed RN in good standing
- Background in clinical leadership (DON/CNO/Branch Manager)
- Experience working skilled care - home health
