Job Description

This is a 6-month temporary opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant for an Industry leading technology organisation focusing on AI and the benefits it can provide across all sectors!

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Supporting up to 2 executives by providing proactive and efficient administrative assistance
  • Managing complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, transportation, and itineraries
  • Coordinating and maintaining executives' calendars, ensuring effective time management and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing executives professionally and maintaining excellent communication
  • Coordinating and supporting executive-level meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with other executive assistants and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and provide backup support as needed
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to executive support functions
Executive Assistant Essentials:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Experience managing small projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all times
