We are excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Excel specialist for Sharjah.
Role Details- Role: Excel specialist
- Location: Sharjah
- Experience: 2 to 4 Years
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel workbooks, dashboards, and data models.
- Use formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros to automate reporting and analysis processes.
- Create and manage dynamic spreadsheets for forecasting and performance tracking.
- Input, organize, and verify large datasets accurately and efficiently.
- Integrate Excel tools with other data sources (e.g., CSV, Power Query, databases).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reports and models.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Excel tools to improve performance and usability.
- Provide training or technical support to team members on advanced Excel features and best practices.
- Assist in departmental operations tasks.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for assigned tasks when requested.
- Assist the team in creating and updating the SOP and process manual.
- Perform all administrative or clerical tasks.
- Maintain data sheets with accurate information.
- Maintain operations SLA and timeline achievement as per the target.
- Analyze processes and provide ideas & feedback for enhancement.
- Create accurate required letters in English and Arabic.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working as a Typist/Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA, Power Query, and Power Pivot).
