Take on a key role as an Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) in the Business Development - UAE department and be part of an exciting adventure of growth and success. You will gain broad experience in the tech industry, learn day-to-day management and operations, and build deep functional expertise within an international team.

• Develop and execute strategies across multiple business verticals
• Work closely with the Founding Team, Business Development, Marketing, Product, BI, Operations, and Customer Support
• Establish or restructure current processes/SOPs and workflows by adapting best practices
• Provide data analysis and metrics of the company's productivity to the executive team, then suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management
• Use research and other methods to uncover key insights about customers and competitors
• Influence and manage internal team roadmaps to ensure projects that improve customer experience are executed on time
• Work on projects involving new products/services tracks, segments, new markets, or partnerships, including collaboration with internal resources or third parties
• Develop solid and strategic solution plans for business problems to enable growth

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in business, management, economics, or finance-related fields
• Start-up or consulting experience of 3-8 years across strategic initiatives, driving growth, project management, sales, business development, etc.
• Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong sense of ownership and genuine care about entrusted projects
• Excellent time management skills and a solution-oriented mindset able to manage several projects simultaneously
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing environment and adapt to a fast, dynamic mindset
• Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills
