A global property management firm is looking to identify an Energy Manager for a brand new, critical role in the business. If you want to work somewhere that is vibrant, fun and with lots of exciting new initiatives and use of new technology, this might be the position for you!

The Energy Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving forward and deliver the net zero carbon pathways.
- Assess and make improvements to the energy performance of buildings using the latest technology.
- Keeping abreast of new technologies that will help deliver net zero.
- Interpret and analyse data, and talk it through with occupiers to make it a reality.
- Regularly engaging with occupiers and understand the trends and opportunities to make savings.
- Looking at numerous aspects including energy, air quality, water, gas, heating, cooling etc.
The Energy Manager will have:
- A passion for sustainability and net zero carbon.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills, as you will be interacting with individuals who aren't experts in energy.
- Experience in energy management systems and knowledge of building management systems.
- Proven experience delivering energy projects.
- Experience dealing with environmental data.
- Previous experience in property management/real-estate/facilities-management/management agent/commercial or multi-use buildings
