We are currently working with The Outer Banks Hospital in Nags Head, NC and they are seeking an Emergency Medicine NP or PA. OBH is fully accredited, providing high quality care in a compassionate environment to many tourists and local patients within their community. This full-service critical access hospital offers a wide range of services, reaching 350,000 visits during their summer season. - June 23,27; 3p-3a
- June 24; 7a-7p
- July 3; 3p-3a
- July 7,10,21,22; 7a-7p
- July 22; 2p-12a
- August 7,12,15,16,22,30; 7a-7p
- August 13,16,17,25; 3p-3a
- August 25,28; 2p-12a
- September 1,2,4,8,9,14,16,21,23,25; 7a-7p
- September 3; 3p-3a
- September 6; 2p-12a
- September 9,17,25-28; 7p-7a
- September 10,11,13,14,18,23-25,28-30; 12p-12a
• Average of 20 patients per day
• Established team of 6 physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants
• Specialty consultation available including general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, and tele stroke
• Specialty Backup: Anesthesia, Radiologist
• 24 Lab and X-ray
• 18 acute care medical-surgical beds, 2 labor and delivery/recovery beds, 1 level II nursery bed and 3 operating rooms, a designated caesarian section room, and a 24-hour emergency department
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS/APLS certifications required (through American Heart Association)
• EMR: EPIC
