Emergency Medicine Physician

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a unique leadership role at a high-volume, top-rated Emergency and Urgent Care facility in Carmel, Indiana. This position combines clinical care with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties, while leading a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Position Highlights:

• Leadership Role: Clinical + Medical Director duties with stipend
• Annual ED Volume: 20,826 visits
• Daily Physician Coverage: 24 hours
• Daily APC Coverage: 8 hours
• ED Beds: 12 with Fast Track available
• Hospital Beds: 0 (free-standing ER/urgent care setting)
• Acuity Level: Low to Medium
• Trauma Level: Not designated
• Hospital Medicine Program: Not available

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM required)
• Certifications: ACLS and PALS required
• Leadership Experience: Preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills
