Emergency Medicine Physician

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a leadership opportunity at a combined Emergency Room and Urgent Care facility in West Carmel/Zionsville, Indiana. This position blends clinical practice with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties, while leading a high-performing, patient-focused team.

Position Highlights:

• Leadership Role: Clinical + Medical Director duties with stipend
• Annual ED Volume: 23,321 visits
• Daily Physician Coverage: 24 hours
• Daily APC Coverage: 8 hours
• ED Beds: 12 with Fast Track available
• Hospital Beds: 0 (free-standing ER/urgent care setting)
• Acuity Level: Low to Medium with 1 2% admission rate
• Trauma Level: Not designated
• Hospital Medicine Program: Not available

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM required)
• Certifications: ACLS and PALS required
• Leadership Experience: Preferred; strong communication and administrative skills valued
