Job Title: ELV Senior Technician (Electrical Tradesman)
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Type: Full-time, 5-year contract Salary: 4,000 AED per month
Bonus opportunities
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair ELV systems, including gates, barriers, and CCTV.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless facilities management.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ELV systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with a reputable FM organization.
- Background in managing diverse facilities, including universities, hospitality, residential, and commercial properties.
- In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including gates, barriers, and CCTV.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
