LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville searching for an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role will be contract-to-hire and will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $20-22/hr. E-commerce/B2C experience required to be eligible for this role!
Responsibilities:
Manage order process for assigned client accounts
Assist clients with placing orders, verifying inventory availability, providing an estimated ship/delivery date, etc.
Act as first point of contact for online and/or retail orders
Track orders through to delivery
Provide client with updates regarding order changes, extended lead times or issues in transit
Qualifications:
Must have prior E-commerce experience
Furniture industry experience preferred
Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills
