LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville searching for an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role will be contract-to-hire and will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $20-22/hr. E-commerce/B2C experience required to be eligible for this role!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage order process for assigned client accounts

  • Assist clients with placing orders, verifying inventory availability, providing an estimated ship/delivery date, etc.

  • Act as first point of contact for online and/or retail orders

  • Track orders through to delivery

  • Provide client with updates regarding order changes, extended lead times or issues in transit

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior E-commerce experience

  • Furniture industry experience preferred

  • Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
