District Manager Qualifications:
- Must have 3 or more years as a District Manager in the food space
- Proven leadership skills, must be able to coach and counsel General Manager and employees
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- Be able to hold people accountable
- Build a culture within the region of support, best practices, customer-focused, and creating a great experience
District Manager Responsibilities:
- Trains, coaches, and develops Managers and team members
- Experience with New Restaurant Openings
- Helps Develop, Execute, and Uphold the standards of the concept
- Drives profitability and operational compliance - good with budgets and checklists
- Builds team talent - ensures only the right people are being developed as the brand grows
- Drives sales through great guest experiences - we want them to come back again and again
- Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors - organization is key
- Leads by example and can work shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew
