About the Role:

This global position within the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) division oversees the strategy and profitability of Trade Screening solutions. Reporting to the Global Head of Screening Strategy, the director manages the Trade business P&L and aligns strategy with market trends, regulations, and customer needs.

The role collaborates with teams across product, sales, marketing, legal, and operations to innovate in trade compliance. It is initially an individual contributor role but has significant influence and requires deep knowledge of FCC regulations and industry practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Define strategy, roadmaps, and business cases with Product and Data teams for Trade Screening investments.
  • Provide insights on market, competition, and regulations to guide strategy and organizational knowledge.
  • Manage P&L and drive growth focusing on customer experience.
  • Lead pricing and Go-To-Market initiatives to create value for business and customers.
  • Conduct business reviews with senior leadership on strategy, outcomes, and milestones.
  • Coordinate regional execution with global strategy through collaboration with regional teams.
  • Identify and assess M&A and partnership opportunities aligned with FCC strategy.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and with analyst firms to showcase thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant FCC experience preferred.
  • 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or related roles; experience in Trade compliance screening is a plus.
  • Proven success in developing and executing transformational strategies in a global or cross-functional setting.
  • Experience in P&L management and public speaking is advantageous.
  • Business degree (BBA/MBA) or analytical/engineering background preferred.
