Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations, located in Dubai. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, leading and mentoring a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves analyzing and improving operational processes, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of quality and service in all aspects of the coffee house.
