Our client is a well-established Internet Service Provider (ISP) company offering a range of connectivity solutions spanning from the residential to enterprise levels. They utilize a variety of innovative fiber and splicing technologies to remain on the cutting-edge of their industry. As the company continues to evolve in the rapidly changing ISP industry, they are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Marketing to lead and refine their marketing strategy.

The Director of Marketing will play a crucial role in boosting the company's brand awareness and customer conversion. They will utilize digital marketing trends, implement data-driven strategies, and tap into new markets to effectively promote the company's services. With a thorough understanding of the connectivity and ISP industry, the successful candidate will also oversee new product development, negotiate contracts, and use their expertise to drive traffic and customer conversions.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, crafting compelling narratives that align with business objectives and resonate with target markets.
  • Actively monitor and respond to the rapidly evolving connectivity industry, identifying new market trends, consumer demands, and potential avenues for growth.
  • Oversee the development and launch of new products, crafting and implementing strategic go-to-market plans that maximize visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, using KPIs to track campaign success and ensure a strong ROI.
  • Supervise a growing team of marketing professionals, nurturing talent, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring team objectives align with overarching company goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and media, leveraging these connections to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Direct the company's digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive online traffic and improve customer conversion rates.
  • Lead the management of brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ of experience in a related field, with ISP industry experience being a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing, brand management, and new product launches.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior, utilizing this information to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and platforms, including experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Willing to travel for team meetings on a monthly basis.
