Type: Full-time, Leadership
Role Overview:The Director of BD & Growth will drive revenue expansion, client partnerships, and go-to-market strategies across Company's focus sectors (defense, medical, aerospace, oil & gas). This hybrid role blends sales leadership, strategic alliances, and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute revenue growth strategy across verticals
- Identify, pitch, and close B2B partnerships and government deals
- Lead and scale the BD team (dental, industrial, strategic relations)
- Support pricing, product-market fit, and feedback loops with R&D
- Contribute to long-term strategic positioning, including export and localization plans
- 10+ years in B2B sales or growth strategy, with strong deal execution background
- Experience in UAE government/defense/medical contracting highly preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Arabic language and regional network are advantageous
