This is a Director-level position accountable for building and leading Enterprise IT Portfolio Management. You'll oversee a portfolio of complex, high-value programs - balancing governance, agility, and innovation while ensuring technology delivery aligns with Damac's strategic business priorities.
Key Impact Areas:
- Lead enterprise-wide IT delivery programs across Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Automation, and AI initiatives - ensuring unified execution and value realization.
- Lead the IT PMO and enterprise program portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and value-focused delivery.
- Establish and mature the PMO governance framework, project standards, and performance KPIs.
- Oversee Agile and hybrid delivery models, ensuring integration across IT and transformation programs.
- Drive executive visibility through portfolio dashboards, performance analytics, and financial governance.
- Champion continuous improvement, predictive insights, and digital PMO tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity).
