Digital Transformation Ambassador 
Join to apply for the Digital Transformation Ambassador role at Al Ghurair
- Welcome the customer, understand their required service and direct them to the concerned service officer
- Promote the online licensing services (through RTA's portal) to the customers
- Guide the customer on the digital licensing process (using the assigned tablet)
- Coordinate with the supervisor to implement digital services and initiatives
- Provide highest level of customer service to maintain high customer happiness scores
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend digital technologies and platforms that align with RTA goals
- Measure and assess the success of digital initiatives and collaborate with the management on further enhancements of the service
