We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Indian national only) to lead our strategy across Telegram communication channels. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement and acquisition through innovative and results-driven campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with the content, design, and influencer teams to deliver impactful campaigns for a market-leading brand in the iGaming sector.

• Manage and grow Telegram channels, increasing traffic, customer engagement, and retention.
• Launch and scale new channels on Telegram and explore other high-potential platforms to expand brand reach.
• Plan and execute high-performing advertising campaigns, focused on driving user acquisition and achieving traffic and performance targets.
• Conduct in-depth research on audience behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, design, and influencer teams to develop engaging, platform-specific campaigns that align with brand messaging.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using in-platform analytics and third-party tools; provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Implement innovative features and platform enhancements such as bots, automation, and integrations to improve user experience and channel efficiency.
• Gather and respond to user feedback, continuously refining strategy and content to improve performance.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in competitive or high-growth industries.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Telegram for marketing purposes.
• Proven success in executing and optimizing Telegram campaigns or similar platform strategies.
• Strong copywriting skills with a knack for brand-consistent messaging.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in performance tracking tools.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English required.
