Salary: $182,575.00 - $199,405.00 + super + salary packaging

We are St Vincent's Health Australia, Australia's largest not-for-profit provider of health and aged care services. About the role- Lead a team of 17 finance staff
- Manage all financial accounting & related activities, including cashflow, audit, insurance & financial statements
- Build systems and processes to ensure financial sustainability
- Actively manage supplier relationships and expenditures to achieve value for money
- Work with the Financial Planning team to monitor budgets, analyse trends, & investigate variances
- Enjoy a flexible working environment, working from the hospital in Darlinghurst and from home
- You're a motivating leader experienced in leading high-performing finance teams in large organisations
- You have an eye for detail and can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You're a proactive problem-solver, able to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- You possess a high level of proficiency with various financial management systems and applications
- Ideally, you will have experience within the healthcare sector

In this role you will be based at St Vincent's hospital, Darlinghurst.

- A place of expert clinical care for at-risk people
- Closely partnered with universities & affiliated research institutes, many of which are located on-campus
- Centres of excellence include heart & lung transplantation, bone marrow transplantation, cardiology, cancer care, AIDS/HIV, respiratory medicine, mental health, homeless health, drug & alcohol services, and correctional health
