The Role:- Head up the Property Management Department - no portfolio management required
- Manage a tight knit, expert team that is growing!
- Dealing with external consultants - they have a PM Consultant that has been working with them for 6 years
- Managing systems, structures and procedures
- Assist in acquisitions
- This is a company that are growing organically at a rapid rate
- Conduct 1 on 1 meetings with the team
- Track where the business is going
- Work alongside the Director/Management team
- Manage and ensure all referrals are followed up
- Set & manage KPIs on how the business will grow
- Grow the team - recruitment
- Day to day running of the business
- Ad hoc
- We are looking for someone that wants to run their Property Management Business
- Class 1 License holder
- Previous experience managing people
- Needs to know customer service 101 - how to keep clients and landlords happy
- Someone that is part of the Property Management process
- A vision to grow!
- Manage KPI's - including your own
- These guys are a growing business growing in huge numbers per week!
- Provide a full service across all Property Management and Real Estate
- Some clients have an excess of 40m portfolio's
- The business is on a big growth plan
