The Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology projects from the planning and requirements phase to project delivery and closure, while ensuring the project delivers significant business value. This role includes participating in sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Delivery Manager will resolve impediments, clear backlogs, and act as a coach to increase agility, supporting the Scrum methodology and tools. Key performance indicators include time, budget, and quality. Projects may be delivered using modern waterfall and agile methodologies.

• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects within scope and quality standards.
• Manage benefits realization for all projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead scoping activities to identify, capture, and analyze requirements, define key business drivers, and oversee effective solution delivery.
• Identify critical stakeholders and create a stakeholder management plan to maintain successful relationships.
• Communicate regularly and accurately with stakeholders through meeting minutes, status updates, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to manage scope and change control processes.

• Minimum of 5 years of project delivery experience in the aviation sector is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project portfolio management tools.
• Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles, with the ability to blend approaches appropriately.
• Ability to evaluate and address complex project risks and issues objectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, team building, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in business/support, agile delivery, user story creation, writing, and estimation.
