What You ll Do:

• Lead & manage the Service Drive Team onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
• Ensure operational excellence maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
• Drive safety & compliance conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
• Build strong client relationships establish regular meetings with dealership management
• Oversee payroll & scheduling manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
• Develop future leaders mentor employees and identify management potential

What We re Looking For:

• Leadership experience previous supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills ability to clearly relay information to employees and clients
• Problem-solving mindset quick thinking and ability to resolve challenges efficiently
• Detail-oriented ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies
• Valid driver s license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record

Physical & Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, adapting to weather conditions
