Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage the Service Drive Team recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
• Ensure efficiency & service excellence maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
• Monitor safety & compliance conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
• Strengthen client relationships serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
• Oversee payroll & scheduling manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
• Develop future leaders mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities

What We re Looking For:

• Supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
• Excellent communication skills ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
• Strong problem-solving ability quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented & organized effective management of schedules and operations
• Valid driver s license minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record

Working Conditions:

• Active role requiring standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions
