• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in data management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration practices.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
• Improved data processing efficiency by 15% using Python.
• Developed and implemented data mining models using Python and scikit-learn, resulting in a 10% increase in customer retention.
