Data Entry / Customer Service Officer

We are working with a leading supplier and manufacturer to find an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team in Wangara on an ongoing basis.

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing - depending on client requirements

Pay rate: $35ph+ Super (depending on experience)

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Data entry
• Interacting with customers via phone and email managing quotes and queries
• Following up on quotations and enquiries converting these into sales opportunities
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
• Administrational tasks
• Scheduling and booking orders/shed components
• Continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition

• The ability to work under pressure and prioritise deadlines
• Experience working in a customer service environment
• High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• A willingness to grow, learn and develop yourself
• Demonstrated computer competency including MS Office
