Ambitek is a multi-vertical organisation operating across Executive Recruitment, Technical Services, Interiors, and Contracting. We partner with leading developers, EPC contractors, and global engineering firms across the UAE, KSA, and Africa.
We are seeking a confident, organised, and multilingual Administrator / Database Executive to join our Business Bay head office. This role combines database management, phone-based verification, and administrative support across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities- Clean, update, and maintain Ambitek's internal databases (candidates, clients, suppliers, and project records).
- Make verification calls to candidates, vendors, and company representatives to confirm details and maintain accuracy.
- Support recruitment, technical, and business development teams with documentation and reporting.
- Assist in CRM / HRMS updates, CV formatting, and report generation.
- Handle email correspondence, scheduling, filing, and follow-up calls.
- Liaise confidently in multiple languages across different markets.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, database support, customer service, or recruitment assistance.
- Excellent communication and phone confidence - must be comfortable making and receiving calls.
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English is essential.
- Knowledge of Arabic and/or Bengali is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable learning CRM systems.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, though relevant experience will be prioritised.
Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)
Shifts Available7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
