Job Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Data Deliverable Specialist to support with the generation and delivery of analytical reports to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating Pace Data Deliverable Packages for customers utilizing LIMS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Assembling/pagination/securing/posting job reports.
- Entering and submitting Smart Reports for MWRA.
- State form generation.
- Posting of mail.
- Providing routine feedback and solutions to Department Managers and Team Leaders regarding data quality and rework.
Required Background/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field desired but not required.
- 0-2 years of industry experience.
- Demonstrated progression of skills and self-management abilities.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft products like Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
