Role Purpose: To support the property valuation team by collecting, managing, and analyzing real estate market data, preparing analytical reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of valuation inputs and outputs.

1. Data Management & Analysis

• Collect, clean, and maintain property, transaction, and market data from internal and external sources.
• Analyze sales, lease, and market trends to support valuation assumptions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards or data visualizations to track key market indicators.

2. Valuation Support

• Prepare property data sheets, comparables, and market summaries for valuation reports.
• Verify accuracy of valuation inputs (e.g., rental rates, yields, capitalization rates).

3. Database Maintenance

• Maintain and update internal property and transaction databases.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across valuation templates and reports.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Generate periodic market research summaries for internal and client use.
• Assist in preparing presentations and internal valuation reports.
• Support data-driven insights to improve valuation accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in property research, data analytics, or valuation support preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
