Customer Support Manager - Real Estate (Dubai)

Schedule: 6 days per week
Salary: AED 8,000/month
We're hiring a Customer Support Manager to lead client service operations for a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai. You'll oversee communications with buyers, tenants, and investors - ensuring a seamless post-sale and handover experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction aligned with UAE real estate laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the customer support team (calls, emails, WhatsApp, in-person).
- Oversee client support for handovers, snagging, maintenance, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Projects, Finance & Facilities teams to resolve client issues.
- Act as the main contact for VIP clients and investors post-sale.
- Track KPIs such as resolution time, satisfaction scores, and complaint volume.
- Develop SOPs and maintain up-to-date FAQs for DLD, RERA, Ejari, and title deed processes.
- Stay current with UAE property regulations and service quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in customer service, including 2-3 years in UAE real estate.
- Strong knowledge of RERA, DLD, and property handover procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and CRM skills.
- Organized, client-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
