We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Support team and become an essential part of our mission to deliver world-class customer service.


Responsibilities:
Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot service-related issues on fitness equipment for our valued customers,
Own, manage, and resolve customer cases efficiently through our dedicated CRM system, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Continually strive for service quality improvement, focusing on First Time Resolutions, Time to Service, case management, closure, and telephone response time.
Coordinate parts shipments, verify warranty status, and create Field Service work orders.
Identify opportunities to upsell parts and service agreements, contributing to revenue generation.
Requirements:
Excellent customer interaction skills, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience for our customers.
Strong multitasking abilities to manage fluctuating workflows effectively.
Proficient technical isolation troubleshooting and mechanical reasoning skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Oracle, and Sales Force experience is preferred.
Prior experience in a customer service or support environment.
