Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Support Engineer, you will coordinate internal teams and customers to resolve queries and ensure timely product delivery, maintain high customer satisfaction and report issues to internal teams.
Key Accountabilities- Coordinate with internal teams in project approval stages: HW samples, mock ups, material submittals approvals and testing.
- Coordinate with internal teams in project execution stages: SD drawings approvals, delivery of products within agreed deadline with customer.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve all technical and delivery time wise queries.
- Partner with Sales to resolve customer concerns technical and delivery time wise.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by delivering commitments timely and in proficient manner.
- Identify trending issues & pro actively escape internally.
- Establish a time frame and execute projects based on it.
- Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time providing timely support to customers prior to and after implementation.
- Deliver inputs to ERP system ensuring a seamless flow in customer service.
- Ensure ERP is always kept up to date with all customer data.
- Engineering degree holder or extensive experience in construction, building or civil/structural.
- 5 year experience in the same field/products.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably MS Navision.
- Experience working across different markets and cultures.
- Capable of taking responsibility, showing initiative, creativity.
- High level of computer skills.
