LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Portland, ME location. This is a full-time, in-person position (not remote). About the Role:
LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Portland, ME location. This is a full-time, in-person position (not remote). We are looking for a professional, motivated, and dependable individual who is ready to grow with a company that values honesty, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our company and play a vital role in providing fast and friendly service to our customers. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting potential and existing customers with questions regarding loan products
- Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility
- Managing customer accounts and processing payments
- Making courtesy calls and maintaining regular communication with customers

- Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
- Rotating Saturday Schedule: 9 AM to 3 PM
- Never Work Sundays!

Requirements:
General:
- Must be available to work full-time, in person
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with computers and data entry
Personal Qualities:
- Motivated, dependable, and honest
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Professional demeanor and a team player
