Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle a wide range of interactions across phone, email, chat, and social media channels. You'll be a true advocate, providing proactive support and personalized assistance to ensure a high-quality experience for our customers and sellers.
In This Role, You Will- Address inbound and outbound inquiries from customers and sellers efficiently, delivering attentive and personalized support.
- Prioritize personalized support, follow up on unresolved issues, and offer creative solutions.
- Act as a champion for both customers and sellers, advocating their needs to internal teams to improve services and processes.
- Use feedback from interactions to identify improvement areas and provide suggestions.
- Meet performance metrics and work on a rotation-based schedule to ensure consistency.
- Be eligible for monthly performance-based incentives as recognition for your contributions.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role; omnichannel experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers and sellers.
- Genuine passion for enhancing the experience and going above and beyond.
- Ability to work effectively within a rotation-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, chat platforms, and other support tools.
- Transportation provided from office to home for employees working the second shift.
