What You'll Be Doing:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be a key part of creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
• Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
• Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
• Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

We're after someone who's friendly, confident, and thrives in a fast-moving team environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

• Be a strong communicator - in person, over the phone, and via email
• Be organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Think on your feet and problem-solve effectively
