Customer Service Officer - Yatala (Training at Carole Park)
PERSOLKELLY is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our client's team in a full-time, permanent role. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys variety - combining customer service, stock coordination, and administrative support.
You'll complete two months of training at the company's head office in Carole Park before transitioning to your long-term base in Yatala on the Gold Coast.
The Role- Monday to Friday, full-time hours
- Support the Customer Service Manager, Sales Reps, and wider team
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
- Communicate delivery updates and manage stock levels
- Handle calls, mail, invoicing, credits, and purchase orders
- Liaise with logistics teams to coordinate deliveries
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Confident using Excel, Outlook, and ideally SAP
- Quick to learn and adaptable to changing priorities
- Certificate III in Business or similar (preferred)
- Must hold a current driver's licence and have your own vehicle
