About The Role 
Wheely's Customer Service team ensures perfect journeys for passengers and chauffeurs. They delight customers by understanding preferences and providing timely solutions.
What you will be doing- Deliver exceptional customer service across calls, live chat and emails
- Protect customer time by meeting operational SLAs
- Adhere to luxury communication standards and maintain satisfaction targets
- Investigate and resolve customer and chauffeur issues efficiently
- Escalate feedback to senior management
- Contribute meaningfully to customer experiences and company growth
Must-have:
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Experience in a luxury customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Thriving in a fast paced high volume contact center
- Fluency in spoken and written English & French
- Flexibility for shift work including nights and weekends in office
- Technically proficient
Nice to have:
- Experience in a call centre
