Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
Do you have experience using Microsoft Teams to collaborate and support customers or colleagues? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a short-term contract. You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Teams
  • Logging and resolving issues efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborating with internal teams using Microsoft Teams
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Confident using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
