Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, and manage Zoho One CRM modules, workflows, layouts, and dashboards.
  • Maintain data accuracy and implement data governance best practices.
  • Automate business processes using Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and workflow rules.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with internal systems and third-party platforms (APIs, Zapier, etc.).
  • Provide CRM user support, including onboarding, training, and documentation.
  • Develop reports, analytics, and business insights to support management decisions.
  • Continuously monitor CRM performance and recommend feature enhancements or optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Zoho Support when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands on experience in CRM administration (Zoho One experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in configuring workflows, dashboards, automation, and custom functions.
  • Knowledge of data migration, API integration, and third party app connectivity.
  • Understanding of data security and UAE data governance practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Exposure to recruitment, study abroad, migration, healthcare, or education industries is an advantage.
  • Zoho certifications (CRM Administrator/Developer) are a strong plus.
