Job Description
Our client is based in central Woking making them easily accessible by train, bus or walking if you are based locally.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to increase the headcount in the Escalations Team.
In this position you will:
- Previously worked within an environment supporting customers with disputes and queries.
- Experience of handling customer complaints in a calm, tactful and unbiased manner.
- Investigate, log and respond to queries and complaints in line with regulations.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders treating customers fairly and provide the best service to support brand growth.
- Strong attention to detail is required to ensure compliant files.
- Excellent written communication skills, including composition, language and tone.
- Analytical thinking and resilience, with an ability to adapt to change
- Working in a forward-thinking organisation that has great career prospects.
