Primary Functions:
- Onboarding new customers (Pre/Post implementation)
- Conducting regular reviews with customers
- Handling customer inquiries
- Conducting health checks
- Customer retention
- Gathering training feedback
- Processing cancellations
- Negotiating contract renewals
- Upselling packages
- Managing OTRS Ticket In/Outbound Calls
- Controlling room during office hours
- Performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Secondary Functions:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Explaining different applications on our platform to customers and enhancing Cartrack's position as the technology partner of choice
- Training customers to maximize value from our Software-as-a-Service platform
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, keeping customers informed
- Responding promptly to inquiries through various channels
- Providing feedback on customer service efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or applications
- Compiling daily efficiency and productivity reports
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in customer service
- Proficient in English
- Tech-savvy and computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on with a positive attitude
- Team player with high energy, able to work independently
