Role

We are seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team in Dubai.

Job type: Full-time

Location: Sharjah Industrial Area 4

Salary: 5,500 AED plus unlimited performance-based commission (linked to KPIs)

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, emails, or mobile calls, ensuring prompt and accurate replies
  • Payment Processing: Record payments upon receipt, prepare invoices, and forward them to the accountant via email
  • New Dealer Onboarding: Conduct introductory calls with new dealers and client onboarding training
  • Expert Team Introduction: Assess dealer needs, introduce the expert department for vehicle bidding, history checks, and damage assessments
  • Vehicle Shipping Follow-ups: Coordinate with the Aftersales team to provide customers with updates on vehicle shipping status
  • Technical Inquiries: Address questions related to vehicle pick-up, title receipt, loading, and yard arrival by consulting with the Aftersales Team
  • Account and Service Inquiries: Handle inquiries about accounts, limits, shipping prices, and additional services (e.g., full/partial wrapping, videos, moisture absorbents)
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • 2-3 years of experience in After-Sales or Customer Care (preferably in the vehicle auction or shipping industry).
  • Education: High school, preferably a bachelor's degree.
