We are a market leading recruitment business (as voted in the times fast track 100) The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 league table ranks Britain's 100 private companies with the fastest-growing sales over their latest three years. We are Currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller on in our London office close to Liverpool Street Station.
The Role:
Responsible for weekly/monthly billing and credit notes;
Manage cash collections
Work closely with the sales team and Accounts Managers to resolve invoice rate errors and queries;
Maintain and reconcile the Sales Ledger;
Communicate and resolve any invoice queries;
Review & approve credit applications;
Prepare the monthly client statements.
Desired Experience:
Experience using Sage 200, advance excel )
Time management and prioritising
Excellent communication and written skills
Excellent organizational skills
Presentable, articulate, professional and flexible
Positive attitude to work
The ability to present accurate information to the Directors
