We're looking for a Creative Lead who's as strong in strategy as they are in ideas - someone who thinks before they create, and who can connect business objectives to bold, human experiences.
You'll work closely with the Creative Director to shape the creative direction of events across pitches, campaigns, and experiential projects. You'll play a key role in driving narrative, structure, and storytelling logic - ensuring every idea not only looks beautiful, but makes sense strategically.
Working closely with the Creative Director, the Creative Lead will help shape the creative vision of the agency, mentor team members, and ensure that all creative output meets the highest standards of quality and alignment with client objectives. The Creative Lead will also represent the Creative Director when required, managing the team and overseeing projects in her absence.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Creative Director to develop creative and strategic direction for key pitches, campaigns, and live experiences.
- Translate brand and business objectives into creative strategies and narrative frameworks that inspire both clients and internal teams.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers and strategists, fostering growth, collaboration, and creative excellence.
- Present ideas and concepts to clients with confidence and clarity - you know how to make people feel the story.
- Collaborate across departments (accounts, production, tech) to ensure creative intent is protected through execution.
- Step in as acting Creative Lead during the Creative Director's leave - managing workload, creative reviews, and client presentations.
- Stay ahead of trends in design, technology, culture, and storytelling to help keep Marketing Eye's work distinctive and relevant.

- 8-10 years' experience in creative events or strategy-led agency environments.
