Paralegal
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Paralegal for a n office based in Winter Garden, FL . In this role, you will primarily be responsible for drafting motions, pleadings, proposed orders. Must understand the legal processes.

Paralegal Duties and Responsibilities
• Draft legal documents such as motions, complaints, answers, discovery requests/responses.
• File documents through the E filing portal
• Assist att orneys with case preparation, including conducting legal research and gathering evidence.
• Manage case calendars, monitor deadlines, and maintain accurate litigation timelines.
• Organize and maintain case files, trials binders, and exhibits.
Paralegal Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a para legal, with a focus in Civil Litigation
• Strong Knowledge of court rules and procedures in state and/or federal courts.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience; Associate or Bachelor s degree preferred
